Umm... the whole point of bolts is so you can run camber OTHER than stock. You'd be defeating the purpose.

These are the recommended specs for having a little fun on the street:

Quote:
Camber Front = -1.5 to -1.75
Camber Rear = -1 to -1.25
Toe front = 1/32nd toe out (I am now suggesting 0 toe, most people won't be able to realize that the car has the toe, especially on the street)
Toe Rear = 0

*sigh*
Camber can't be adjusted with factory components.
The amount you have depends purely on how lowered your car is. The rear gains a lot, the front gains very little.

Stock front doesn't really gain at all the MacPherson strut setup doesn't really gain any camber, from height adjustment or compression.
The rear is different and does gain camber from compression. If you lower the car the only real problem to worry about camber wise is the rears.

i want stock specs so my tires down wear out faster thats the goal im trying to achieve and i did this afternoon, discount tires did a excellent job and im very pleased with the result, my car handles on rails now.

i know most people run different camber because they want that aggressive look, i dont.
id like to have my tires last unlike most ppl that just care about looks.

thanks for the help guys

Negative camber, especially in front, is about performance - getting more tire contact patch in the turns. I assure you one degree negative will help the handling without killing the tires.

If you want ultimate even tire wear daily driving no hard turns or anything 0 camber all around is that. If you want a little handling -1.5 won't hurt in the front and rear -1 would be ok.

Yes.

If your factory rear camber is at around -1 (or less), then nothing to worry about, so long as it is pretty even between sides. Some had too much rear camber from the factory, including mine (-2.1 degrees per side), which caused the rear tires to wear and hurt handling. No need to spend money if it is pretty good to begin with. It is the front that needs help, usually.

Just to simplify..Have the shop get as MUCH negative camber as they can out of the front. -1.0 to -1.5 is fine for street driving.

Get a camber correction kit for the rear and have them get AS CLOSE TO -1.0 as possible. More than -2.0 will kill tires and really upset the balance of the car..
