Stoptech Big Brakes for Si, not 'til 2007

just an fyi for those that are interested,

i emailed stoptech about big brakes for the Si and the response was that they will definitely have a big brake kit for the 06+ Si, however we shouldn't expect it until "mid to late 2007, at the earliest."

i had also asked if the rsx-s kit might work but he ignored that question in his response.

more than likely..the rsx kit works!!
why?
because....
1. we have the same brake pads as they do.
2. power slot uses the same rotors for the rsx-s for the Si
3. power slot's big brake rotor + bracket for the rsx-s works on the Si

so what does that say ??

A: That the RSX kit should work on our Si's...

STOPTECH will be making a BBK. The RSX kit will likely work but STOPTECH doesn't make BBK's that way. They design each setup specifically for that vehicle. They are working on a Civic Si setup though so stay tuned. We will be carrying it.
