Strut squeaking

When I lowered the car it was fine for around 3 weeks. Now the Passenger side strut is making a scraping sound, Esp when it is cold. Are there any aftermarket struts available yet for the Si.

you didn't mention if you replace the shocks as well. i had the same problem and the mechanic found out there's not enough grease and some loose rubber/metal rubbing inside the shock. i've heard tons of people complaining about this on other forum (edmunds.com) but i guess honda people haven't corrected it yet.
to answer your other question, no, the aftermarket struts for si's are still on development stage.

I had squeaking noises from my front suspension, both sides.

My dealer changed the mounting plates and now no more noises
