How difficult to install camber adjustment kits?

Anyone here installed their own camber kits (front and rear)?

I'm trying to figure out if without a lift is the way to attempt this, and if the companies making the kits have decent instructions.

you'll want jack stands if you're going to do it as you'll probably need to get
under the car (rear) to do it... (most cars ive done, i had to get under
the car to mount the rod) after you install, an alignment is a must;
therefore, it might behoove you to have your alignment shop (usually
at those tire places that do tune ups, etc.) install it for you and do
the alignment right after.
