r18 / si sway bars interchangeable?

just wondering if the sway bars on the r18 and si are interchangeable... i dont want to lower my r18 i just want a thicker sway bar .. my educated guess being in the honda game for a little bit is that yes they are interchangeable plus the fact the si n r18 share the same chassis... but i could be wrong. i did spend a little time with the search function and google... fyi

CollegeHillsHonda has everything you need in their Si front and rear sway bar kits.

For my 09 EX sedan, I ordered an Si RSB for around $80 shipped and all the brackets and bolts were included.

All you need to bring is a socket kit with a couple extension pieces, some lithium grease for the new fat rubber bushings, and some elbow grease. Oh, and maybe some WD-40. And definitely a jackstand kit.

I happened to have 2 metal ramps and I backed up onto them (with a friend to guide me of course--careful!), and then I used my 2 jackstands in front of the rear wheels as backup, then I blocked the front wheels in front of them and in back of them with some wood. I didn't actually use my floor jack (you know, the hydraulic pump jack with the lever).

A few screws will require some realllllly hard turning to get loose (the endlink screws if I recall, but you'll figure it all out. And for some reason the new RSB doesn't seem to line up, just flip it around. The first time around, it was bumping into my muffler and then realized that it was turned around the wrong way. Start in the morning while there's lots of light and give yourself plenty of time and you'll piece things together like a champ.

^^^^ thanks for the help i should have no problem installing it

im just worried about these mounting brackets talked about

I have a 2006 r18 sedan
so if i order the si anti sway bar... it should come with all the pieces i need.?

i ordered one for my 93 accord it was thicker than the suspension techqniques one.. but sold it a few weeks ago so never did an install.. im sure it would have been an easy install tho even without a lift.

im looking for the most bang for the buck..i dont care about if its jdm or a big namebrand...and i certainly dont give 2 f*cks lol if its a mugen part.

Do not spend any time learning about the different part numbers involved. Sure...you can, but you don't need to.

You go to CollegeHillsHonda's website (I think someone already provided the link), you look for their Si Rear Sway Bar kit (when I bought mine it was probably $65 + $18 shipping), and everything let me say it again in case I wasn't clear...
every bracket and tool and nut and bolt and bushing and everything you need is included in the kit.

the bushings will probably be to small as there is a big difference in size of the bars. the brackets will need to be new as they are slightly different.
