Lubricating rear sway bushings

I'm ready to swap in the si rear sway on my lx. In all the instructions it says to lube the bushings, number 15/16 in the picture. How do I lube them? And what is best to use?

i know you have to lube #11 where the brushing make contact with the sway on the inside.

Yep, you can find Lithium Grease at any hardware store for a few bucks. Lube inside the black rubber bushings.

I actually forgot to lube mine when I upgraded my EX's RSB to the Si RSB and so far never had any noises or sqeaks...but sometime I should. Not sure if not being lubed will cause my bushings to dry out prematurely or something.

K I will get some. And I'm lubing inside number 11 where it contacts the bar? Anywhere else? Do I need to lube between #11 and the surface of the L bracket #13/14?

Just lube the inner hole of #11, the bushing.
