help help help alignment specs?

hey whats up guys i'm getting an alignment tommorow for my si i hace eibach sportline springs on it and they guy at the shop asked for alignment specs? does anyone know them or could i tell them to do it to stock with out to much wear on the tire?

the sticky on alignment describes what an alignment does and how to do it. I have no clue on what to say to this guy by reading that sticky. I just need specs ha plan out i don't even know if thats possible but yea

Specified Ranges for Alignment (LX/EX/Si)

Front (each side)

Camber (-0.5° to +0.5°)
Caster (6.0° to 8.0°)
Toe (-0.08° to + 0.08°)
Turning Angle Differential (-9.53° to -5.53°)

Front (cross or total)

Cross Camber (-0.6° to +0.6°)
Total Toe (-0.16° to +0.16°)

Rear (each side)

Camber (-2.3° to -0.4°)
Toe (+0.04° to +0.16°)

Rear Total Toe (+0.08° to +0.31°)

and if i print this out and give it to the guy will he look at me like i have four eyes? like can he work off that?

Those are stock ranges. He should understand them or he shouldn't be doing alignments.

As an alignment "tech" if you gave me that sheet..I leave the car the way it was. Those ranges are SO broad, the car would be all over the road..

Take this to him..

Front:

As much camber as you can get out of the front (you did get camber bolts right?)
zero front toe (it's safe and won;t wear out tires..good place to start with a street alignment)

Caster is non adjustable so don't worry about it unless it's more than 0.6 degrees different from side to side. If it is, you've got bigger problems than an alignment will solve.

Rear : If you have adjustable upper camber arms, get as LITTLE or close to -0.5 as possible. Trust me on this..Less in the rear is better Will help with handling and tire wear.

Rear toe: set it at 1/8" total in (1/16" in per side) (I know toe out helps the car rotate)..but I'm assuming since you are asking for specs, you don't want any surprises when you drive the car.

If you knew what to expect from a "performance alignment, you wouldn't have needed to post your question)..I don't mean to sound like an A*hole but...I answer this question far to often.

Start with what I gave you..Work with what you have..If you don't have front camber bolts, the front camber is what it is. If you don't have rear camber arms, it is what it is.. just set the toe as listed above and be done with it..
