Creaking noise. I dont know what it is/warranty issue

Ok this is kind of 2 problems in one. First problem is that there has been a "creaking" noise coming from the passenger side front suspension on the car for months. You can hear the noise on the interior of the car (sounds like its coming from the dashboard area) when braking, or accelerating and also inclines or declines. So for instance, if you braked to an almost stop then let the car go again and then break again you wouldnt hear it the second time. You would only hear it again if you then accelerated. This was when I had stock suspension. I didnt know if it was the strut or the spring or what. I brought it to my local honda dealership and they said they couldnt duplicate the problem. I told them I could take them out for a drive and they said "well we lubed some stuff up so try it and if it persists bring it back". Well they are like 45 mins away and I dont work anywhere near there either so although the problem continued i had not yet brought it back.

The car is an 08 si coupe and it is still under warranty. Recently I put on neuspeed race springs. Not 100% happy, but thats another story. So it was not the spring because same problem. I think it may be more prominent than it was before, but it could also be the weather we have been having as it has been very hot and humid. I brought it to a local muffler and brake type place and he put it on the rack but couldnt hear anything or see anything funny. He said he thought it might be the strut plates.

Problem one: What is the noise?

Problem two is now Honda probably wont even look at it because I have aftermarket springs. They have it in the computer that I came to them months ago with this issue and I had stock suspension.

Problem two: Can I somehow make Honda look at it and fix it as it was an issue that was documented and in their computer previous to me changing the suspension at all?

Now that I am listening more it sounds like its the entire right side. Like when the frame has pressure on it it creaks as well

i have that sound too, but its coming from the drivers side.
