Best full suspension kit?

What do you think is the best package?

I'm looking to go to the max here on the complete suspension including new struts, springs, etc.

Tein?

I've always done Eibach they have never done me wrong but i'd like to try Tein.

Pricing would be great. i'm expecting to pay atleast $1500 without looking at any pricing sheets yet. i have not done too much research yet so any websites would be helpful.

For a completel track ready suspension setup (best bang for the money too):
- megan racing 32way adjustable dampering coil over kit
- progress sway bar 22mm
- tanabe front under brace
- spc camber front and rear kit
- B.E. b-pillar stabilizer bar
- front strut bar

this is the setup im completing right now... i track my car often and felt so much difference as i add each components...

check out www.beperformance.com for some good pricing...

Does the HFP kit have to be installed by the stealership to be covered under warranty? I'm betting it does, but hoping it doesn't.

Yes the HFP suspension kit needs to be installed by a certified Honda Dealer to be covered under warranty. Expect to pay some wheres in the neighborhood of $400 to install. I was quoted that much form the dealer here in Honolulu, HI.

check your warranty manual... you dont need to have a honda dealer install the hfp suspension to the keep the warranty, if you install yourself the warranty wont last as long as it would if you had a honda tech install it for you. btw this only applies to genuine honda parts.

TEIN SS ALL THE WAY>>>>>>>>>>>>>MEGAN RACING

i've had both....the tein rides a lot better, and is still stiff when set at 0...the megans ride nice but they are stiffere than the teins so u feel everything even on the softest setting....

i'd say if u looking for both performance and comfort...u can't beat the tein SS..hands down the best...

if u looking for just performance and don't really care about the ride comfort then Megan all the way...cuz it's very performance oriented....

i've had both .... i have the megans right now.... i can tell u i miss my tein SS...

for the price it's hard to beat the megans though ... feel free to PM me any questions.

Damn sicky r u serious? I thought you liked the megan's? When I was in your car I thought they rode nice....I haven't been on a civic with the tein's but I honestly thought the megan's rode nice. Well you definitely know best since you've had/have both.

You want the "best"?

Here's the "best"... Only a select few people can afford this stuff, but it makes Koni and Tein look like a Cadillac compared to a Maybach.

http://www.motonsuspension.com/index...g&brand=Honda#

I'd venture a guess that you're talking about $1000 each corner ($4000 in all) for the double adjustables, and most likely $2000 ($8000 in all) a corner for the 4-way.

See the S2000 in the first pic? That's Jason Saini's car. He's a very talented autocrosser who now runs the new Mazda MX-5 pro circuit. His S2000 was able to win many times because he upped the ante and ran Motons when tons of others simply used Koni's (either off-the-shelf or custom-valved). A very good friend and fellow autocrosser used to co-drive an S2000 and has run against Saini on a number of occasions. I distinctly remember him telling me that those Motons are awesome and they utterly transformed the normally nervous S2000 into a car that looked as easy to drive as an early Miata... In a class where 1 second could separate 20 drivers, the Motons allowed Saini to put many others behind him.

Would I like to run the double adjustables on my 2006 Civic LX Coupe? Absolutely, I'd probably win HS wherever, whenever. But is that kind of money worth it? No. Not for autocrossing and definitely not for the street, especially considering at the end of the day it's a Civic...

But you asked about the "best" and I feel I answered you dead-on.

Your entire post here makes me happy I bought the Tein SSs. :) I can't wait to get them on.

With exception to the Maybach, I believe the best is yet to come and for now I will continue to wait. My choice will be Ground Control coilovers with some Koni's. Should not be too much longer.
