GG civic just painted my calipers

I just finished painting my calipers and drums. I wasn't sure what color to use but I went with black (this way i can buy one kit and paint my drums too). I also got black rims so i thought it would look good, especially when i tint my windows which will be soon.

Tell me what you think....

On my last ride, 02 Altima, I did the calipers - went with a flat black though so it wouldn't out shine the rims... Looks OK, I'm sure the picture doesn't do it justice (glare)...

Honda decal

Yeah I bought them off ebay. They were like $5.50 for a set. I will track down my ebay link. As far as the pictures of the whole car I will try to get one up tomorrow.

Brake decals

If you want Amber will make it. I asked for white cause her auction listed red, but she says she can do what you want.

I used the duplicolor brake paint kit. It was like $15. I painted three coats and let dry for three hours before putting the wheels back on and then 18 before driving.

I did the duplicolor kit for now. It was painted by hand, three coats. After I get everything I want to do done. I will have the calipers powdercoated. As for now this will do.

i used the duplicolor kit too, i did one coat, waited 45 mins before i put the tires back on, and waited 4 hours before i drove. NO chipping yet, and color still solid, hasn't started to fade yet.

DIY instructions? Do you paint the calipers after removing them? Or can you take of the wheels and paint the exposed calipers? Looks really cool, tempting to try it.
