Suspension 101.....

The strut tower brace will help reduce any flex in your chassis when you enter corners. The front subframe is already pretty rigid, but some members report that they experience some improvement from them.

Sway bars transfer weight from the outside wheel to the inside wheel when you are turning. This helps eliminate body roll. I have only seen 1 roll bar and it is from Progress suspension, I have seen 1 on eibach's website also, but not on any retailer's sites. The one from Progress is a 22mm bar which is the same size as your stock si's bar. I have a lx so someone correct me if I am wrong but I believe that the rear sway bar on the si is hollow. I am not sure if the progress bar is hollow or solid. I havnt heard any reviews on the progress bar. However if the progress bar is hollow then there is really no point to change it. Anyways a stiffer rear sway bar will decrease understeer, a larger front will increase understeer.

Both parts are available at: www.corsportusa.com

Hope I was able to help a little.

FEEDBACKS on PROGRESS SWAY
Progress swaybar

as for front sway bars and braces havent seen as many people with them compared to the rear sway, but i have seen one or two times the tanabe brace didnt help as much as the rear sway did.

I did just the rear SI sway bar, then the front SI sway bar also and put in a set of used SI struts, but went back to SI front and rear bars, which seemed to be the best ride and handling for daily driving...
