hmm... where is the noise coming from? when i got my progress rear sway and hfp suspension on i had the same problem while backing up and turning at low speeds. took to a friends shop where they went over the install, alignment, and added more grease to the bushings on the swaybar did the trick for a while and the noise came back. most of the nosie was coming from the sway bar but i think some came for the springs in the rear til they got settled in.

if your camber rods have heim joints (metal ball joints) then
its not unusual to have knocking noises while driving slow.

on my other car and previous modded cars i owned, they all
made some noise at low speeds coming from the heim joints
(pillow mounts, endlinks, camber rods, etc). some made more
noise than others, some made zero noise.
