what is rear arm control?

i did lower my si ,but the mechanic said i need a rear camber kit & arm control. what is arm control?
i did saw a spc camber kit ,is it included that arm control thing?:)

A camber kit would do the trick bud. THe lower control arm is fine.

The Comptech camber kit is a whole new upper control arm. That may have been what he was refering to.
