you're not going to get a very valid response considering none of the spring rates are listed for off the shelf lowering springs, and since most people on here have never owned more than one brand of springs for 06+ civics. if you are looking for the best performing spring, which i assume you are (stiffer doesn't mean better btw), then look into Swift sport springs.
