Gauging intrest in a rear strut brace

I've been working for a while on developing a rear strut tower brace for the 2006 Si. I have a rough one made and it seems to work very well. This thread is basically just to gauge peoples intrest in this. If enough people want them I will start making them and selling them for what it cost me to make plus shipping. I don't have pictures right now, but if enough people are interested i'll work up a real nice one and post it up. There are two seperate styles that i have been working on. One is just a traditional bar that atteches to the top strut mounts and the other inplements two v-bars that bolt to the middle of the bar then down to the trunk floor for added reinforcement. The latter of the two will require either drilling or welding in the trunk but the first is 100% bold on. Just let me know what you all think. Thanks alot.

It will basically look like this w/o the *** little holes on the bar. And the second style will have bars to triangulate it to the trunk floor./ But as i stated earlier that will require either drilling or welding.

What is the purpose of the rear strut brace when there is no lateral loads going through them?

The rear dampers on the 06 Civic only transmit a vertical damping force load, nothing compared to the spring load, and absolutely no lateral loading.

What do you stand to gain by bracing the dampers off each other?

when you take a turn your suspension flexes. this is just another way to reinforce the chasis to keep the tires on the ground where they need to be.
