Your pics were VERY helpful, thanks a lot but I'm still debating. I like HFP for the good, almost stock ride and the fact that they are made by Honda so they will work great with the car, but there aren't quite low enough for me. Then again if I get springs only like the S-Techs or the Neuspeed races which I really like then I'll just have to get aftermarket shocks and a camber kit too, or so I've been told. Aaaaaah! I can't decide. Has anyone had good long term experience with just springs?

Most of the people here on 8th are riding on just springs or at best springs and after market struts (but most people don't even get after market struts). I can't speak from experience as I don't have springs on my Si, I am lowered on coilovers and always have gone that route for my cars. Mainly for the height adjust ability but most of the spring drops for 8thgen's are pretty even front to back and some of them do offer a nice drop.

as for coils, no offense to you guys but there is no point in adding them since you can customize your drop to exactly how you want it. |
