It will void the suspension warranty not the whole warranty. Buy the HFP suspension kit (.9" drop) and your suspension warranty will still be good.

this is what i was told from honda....

if you install springs it voids suspension warranty.
if you install somethin for the engine however it may void
more than that item as it has an effect on the entire motor.

it all depends but some stuff will only void what you install as
others could void more down the line.

I'd like to add, buy the HFP suspension AND have the dealer install it and your suspension warranty will still be good.

That second part of the equation is the kicker.

if i remember correctly you wont lose your warranty if you dont go throught the dealer. you just wont have a longer warranty as if you didi go through the dealer. check the warranties manual it will tell you everything you need. something along the lines of one year warranty when installing w/o the dealer and one year or 12000 miles if you get it installed by the dealer... i would check my manual but its at the dealership getting the bumper they messed up fixed.

the dealership was asking for about $700 for the install i asked how much labor was per hour and he said it was about $95... 7 hours for an install i think not! i did it with help from a friend that works at honda and it only took about 5 hours (including my rear sway bar, and cai)

It would only void the warranty on your exhaust.

just to clarify, when i was referring to the warranty and checking what it says in the warranty manual it only applies to genuine honda parts... (the hfp suspension) but if you get an exhaust or intake the warranty it will be voided if the service issue you bring it to the dealer for is related to the modification. now they cant void you warranty just cause you have those modifications but they may take note of it you bring it to the dealership to have the car serviced for anything...

Two things:

1) They are out to make a profit sir. It is a business.
2) You AND your friend took 5 hours to do the mod. Correct me if I am wrong, but isn't labor charge quoted per hour per person required for the install? I do not believe that it is a bulk per hour charge not taking into account how many technicians are working on your vehicle.

dealership quoted me at $700 just for the hfp suspension alone. in five hours it took me and a friend to do three mods:the hfp suspenion, rear sway bar, and cai. i know their trying to make a profit but im only a college student and their already made money off me when i purchased the car and the suspension from them. theres no way im paying $1200+ ($555 suspension + $700 labor) in total for the suspension and labor to install it. plus it feels better that i did it myself with the help of a friend, and all i had to pay him was some food and beer...

that wont void anything if you buy the proper size.
