well anytime you buy a aftermaket spring or coilover kit you will need camber kit for the front and the back. If you already lowerd your car without camber kit, go check out your ride and look at your tires, the tired must look straight it cant be looking like this / or \ it must look like this l l . Camber kit help you straight your wheels out and help your car riding smooth. You will loose alot of thread on one side of the tire. When you finish installing the kit take it out and get the alignment check.

A negative camber will look like this from the /--\ with the top of the wheels sitting in and a positive will look like this \--/ with the tops of thw wheels sticking out. The new Si comes with a slight negative camber to aid in cornering, but once you lower the car it increases the amount of negative camber too much. Like Black Si said, the inside of the tire will wear out about 30 to 50% faster if you don't get it fixed. Trust me on that, I work at a tire and wheel shop and see that about 15 times a day on lowered cars.

From what I've read, no it does not. That's one of the reasons why I went with the HFP kit. It should be here any day, I'll post up a follow-up after it's installed.

ummm.that iffy cause if you bought a kit for stock height i'm shure you can get away with it remember stock height, but if you buy aftermarket spring/coiloverkit and drop it "YOU WILL NEED CAMBER KIT" regardless. Cause like we said you want the wheels straight not slainted.

I know Honda makes camber bolts (kit) for the front and those are the ones I would get. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket camber kit for the rear? This is for LX/EX.

I just got mine alligned and i have the tein ss springs all around. You will need a rear spc camber kit to get the car alligned. Most places wont even try if they know there is no camber kit because they cant align the car without it and it is a liablilty issue for them. I only had a camber kit on the rear not on the front and Kal Tire did the alignment to almost 100% within spec, there were no problems at all. With the tein ss you will not need a kit for the front but you will forsure for the back.

yes, but to adjust the rear camber, all you need is adjustable upper control arms like the Ingalls kits. Don't need pillow ball mounts or anything like that. I have the Ingalls rear kit on my Integra. It's a nice solid upper arm which is actually 2 very strong pieces. One screws inside the bigger piece and you turn to adjust the length you want (to adjust camber). There are are 2 large nuts at either end to lock the arms into place. Have had it for 1.5yr now and it's rock solid. No camber changes whatsover in the back since I installed it. I 've had 3 wheel alignments since (mainly for the front cause I 've been installing different springs/rates, etc.) and they always show -1.5 deg. in the rear just the way I set it 18mos ago. For the front I 'm getting the Honda OEM camber kit.

Lowered on Tein SS with SPC front & rear.

Drove around with -4.5° of camber for like 3 months until I finally got my friend at honda to let me use the alignment rack.

Now the rear is at an acceptable -1.5° :)

Luckily I didn't care about the tire wear, because I've got a set of Advan's waiting for their new wheels.
