Question torque specs ???

I see all these DIYs for the suspension and no torque specs on any of the nuts or bolts, yikes. Could someone point me int he right direction for the torque specs of everything that is disassembled while installing aftermarket springs?

thanks

While I don't have the shop manual yet, I can safely say the following based on my experiences on Hondas and other cars:

* 17mm control arm bolts are usually around 45-50 lb.ft.

* 14mm control arm bolts are usually 40-42 lb.ft.

* 17mm caliper bracket bolts are pretty much what the wheels require 80-82 ft.lb.

*14mm shock and strut upper strut bolts are usually 35-38 ft.lb.

* Front strut bolts (mounting to the hub) are around 70-72 ft.lb.

* Any misc. 12mm bolts, like brake lines, brackets, etc. are usually ok with hand power.

Use a torque wrench before you take off the endlink bolts and measure the amount of torque. It should be similar to the required amount give or take a few ft-lbs.
