And as for the HFP front lip rubbing, you will not rub. You can ask to put your alignment back to stock settings. If you really want the best for your HFP suspension along with 'fun to drive' handling, it's always good to have both the front and rear camber kit and a rear sway bar. I also hear a small front sway bar is the way to go also, if I remembered correctly.

HFP suspension is basically shocks, springs, and struts. Also, I ALWAYS recommend an alignment right after any type of modification towards the suspension.

Have you tried Honda of Temecula on eBay? I bought mine from them and they are great.

you don't "need" new tires or any of the other things people have listed. just buy the hfp kit , install it, and drive. if you're going to a track, then you may want the other things like sticky tires and sway bars. on well maintained roads and hiways its amazing, a tad firmer than stock. on pothole riddled side streets . but hey, you will be driving to slow to get a speeding ticket.

Quick question. Can I use the Si coupe HFP suspension on my EX coupe or is it actually different between the two?

Im assuming the Si HFP Susp. would be more stiffer than the one's offered to the LX/EX correct? If so I would rather get the Si HFP equip.

^^^they have one specifically for the EX/LX model. I wouldnt think the SI HFP will work well since its designed specifically for it. EBAY has it right now for like $550. you should hop on it.

I just figured the oly difference between the two would be the one for the Si is stiffer. Because isn't the suspension basically the same between the _X/Si models?

thanks i seen that one too...you know if they specify "SI" or "_X" there might be a reason why...the part numbers are different so i dont know...

i just wanna do it right because I got progress springs right now and I thought I eliminated all the poping / clunking noises but apparently they came back again.....or at least i been hearing it again...

so i just wanna go with HFP because its already assembled for you....

eBay has all versions except SI 4DR

I'll take your progress springs if you sell em maybe haha. And I dont know how the HFP setup goes for sedans and coupes. I beleive it will be the same thing for both and it will fit an FA5, but I may be incorrect. someone please correct me if i am wrong.
edit: I just looked and it said for 2dr and not 4dr. so I guess they dont have it in stock at the moment.

I got mine about a month back from chh for 550

BUT IT IS IMPORTANT to buy the proper suspension for you model. All of the spring rates/damping is different between the cars because of different sways, weights etc....

So if you get the fg2's for your fg1, it will be overly stiff in the front because of the extra weight of the k20 and be made for the sways on the si aka it won't be as nice.
