Update 8/10/09:
I made MOAR power... See new thread here: http://www.8thcivic.com/forums/force...orn-power.html UPDATE! 4/21/2008 Thursday April 10, 2008 @ 11:10AM Ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls... It has been done! I recently decided to stop wasting time waiting for K-Pro, I-Pro, "Stage 2", etc. and went ahead and did my own thing and increased boost levels on my car. Initial Mods -- CTSC Stage 1 Comptech Supercharger Kit
AEM Cold Air Intake SSR 4-2-1 Race Header w/ Test Pipe GReddy EVO2 Exhaust Shell V-Power 91 Octane Mobile 1 5w30 Resulting in 251.6hp/164.1tq to the WHEELS (corrected for altitude) @ 4psi ================================================== Upgrade Mods -- COMplex Stage X Swapped out the original 3.6" pulley for a 3.2" PulleyBoys pulley Swapped out the original 82.5" belt for an 81" Goodyear Gatorback belt Swapped out the original injectors for RC Engineering 650cc saturated injectors w/ clips Installed the AEM F/IC (Fuel & Ignition controller) using the Boomslang harness Resulting in 272hp/181.3tq to the WHEELS (corrected for altitude) @ 6psi ================================================== I brought my car to Tobi @ TC Performance in Arvada CO since he is the ONLY local tuner that I trust to tune my car, and has experience tuning with the F/IC. I just received a call from the shop, and was told that my car is 99% done being tuned, and is running great in its current form. Tobi wants to perform some fine tuning on the street to get rid of a small hiccup at the VTEC changeover. The problem is we just had a nice winter storm (Colorado April FTL) so he won't be able to get it on the street until tomorrow or Monday. Stay tuned for the final numbers and dyno sheets, and of course my experience and opinion from my butt dyno. I may even have to bust out my trusty video camera to update my age old YouTube videos. I wanted to wait until I had all the numbers before starting the thread, but I know some of you are anxious to find out if it even worked or not. Much love and thanks to Tai and Remy @ CorSport, Tobi @ TC Performance, and Greg @ Redshift for motivating me to even try all this.

I doubt it will be that much. I'm hoping for 285ish. Depending on where it's at, I may jump down to the 3.0" pulley (smallest available) now that I know it can be tuned.
I'll discuss boosting more after speaking with Tobi. If for some crazy freak-of-nature reason I made 300+, well... I will be excite bike and might leave it alone! I have a feeling that I will see the most gains in the midrange (where they belong) and I estimate 7-9psi. I'm waiting just like everyone else
