M90 Supercharger in the Works!!

Well i think every one has been patient and i have held out for as long as i could.
Here is the current progress of the custom M90 supercharger for the CT-E manifold. The Jackson racing version is almost complete. Testing and tuning will be done in approx. 2 weeks. more to follow

THIS IS NOT A EATON CASE!! I SAY AGAIN NOT A EATON CASE. THIS WAS DESIGNED TO BE MORE EFFICIENT THEN THE EATON. CAN PRODUCE MORE AIR AT LOWER RPMS COMPARED TO EATON

I want to get a feel for people who will be interested in this.
1.Currently there is no #'s to show what the kit will make. Only approx #'s ( which is +/- 400)
2. This will be a complete bolt on kit for the CT-E and Jackson racing
3. The kit will come with a 2 year warranty.
4. Kit comes with everything seen, Custom blower case ( no its not just a m90 case off of ebay its a custom made case), adapter plate, inlet, by-pass valve and pulley.
5. Magnum Powers - Honda - Forced Induction Systems
6. Any questions please feel free to ask or pm me thank you

Here is a link to a video of a fastest T-Bird Supercoupe running a 3.6L 6,200 rpm push rod V6 with the M90 charger. The car with driver is 3,200 pounds, a bit lighter then stock. Kevin the owner has a massive IC running C16. Turn up the speakers! :-)

Here is a graph to show how well this engineers products work, this graph show the comparison between a Kenbell 2.1 and a 1.8 designed by the maker of the m90.

Here it is. It's called the Mag, the nick name the Lightning guys call it. If you look closely at the bottom numbers you will see the average and peak hp and torque numbers. The Mag is line 1 and the KB is line 2. The Mag made more torque by a bit and the KB made more hp by a bit and the average HP across the run was within 2% of the same. Both superchargers were maxed out, i.e., spun to max.

Damn you and your secrets! Have you/they figured out a price point yet? Are you going to be able to purchase this as a kit or is this just a add on? Are you going to have to run cooling?

good questions
1. Still working on price
2. This is a upgrade to the CT-E and Jackson Racing so its comes with everything you see.
3. Currently at what we are working with we do not believe cooling will be a must. I am going to test it with and with out methanol, and possible with a after cooler that i currently have. The after cooler is not a for sure as the adaptor plate is different with the M90.

Lol again dude... no one can say if they're interested or not without projected costs or gains. Of course most with a CT or JR SC want more power and will say they're interested, but without even an idea of cost and gains, you can't really put any weight in whoever says they want it.

what would you predict something like this would cost?
and also i dont want to through out #'s with out having a dyno to prove it but if you want to know a current approx # +/- 400. This is to make people aware of the m90 being available in the very near future. I plan to establish a group buy once it is available and cost is known.

I knew deep down this info would come out as soon as I got the cte blower. I got the kit in the mail yesterday and BINGO, like a charm, here's this thread. Awesome classic same **** for my life. Anyways, how much would something like this run? Also, how are you talking 400whp, and how would you get that much more efficiency? Wouldn't you have to have some sort of cooling to get that much better?

I don't think there's anything wrong in giving some speculative gains or pricing as long as you have some evidence to back up your claims

1. price is being talked about as we speak
2. using a supercharger specific calculator is how i came up with approx 400
based on a 2.0 liter engine running at 8700 rpms with a m90 supercharger which is 1.5 liter per revolution. With a 3.25 pulley would create about 20psi and would see approx 413whp.
3. Not necessarily since it is a larger charger and its not going to be out of its revolution cycle, should be about 12,900 rpms. Cooling would be nice yes but we want to work on something better then an after cooler.

also if we see that at this level cooling is required we can always put on a larger pulley to decrease boost but still make great power.
