Whenever you can join us is fine. Several of us will probably arrive on Thursday. Just let us know approximately when you'll arrive and we'll try to meet up with you or you can just meet us for dinner that night.

Hahaha. Thanks, Dawn! Yep. I'm engaged. And I don't think it's so much a matter of her wanting to go, it's a matter of her being able to go and us being able to afford it. We're both excited about the trip...if we can swing it.

Hey fellas! Newbie here. Picking up a new Si tomorrow. So Im thinking about tagging along for the Tail of the Dragon. If work permitting. Got a new job the same time I got the car! Had an interview right before I went to the dealership.
Cookstar can you add me to the list for a maybe, Im sure I could make it for Sat and Sun if I can find a place to sleep. I could caravan up but I think your heading up Thurs. or Fri. from what I read in the 20 PAGES! LOL

It's about time someone else in the Charlotte area got on here. I'm driving up there Thursday and the planned events start with lunch on Friday, but you're welcome to join us later. Unless you really want to get up early on Saturday, I would suggest trying to make it Friday evening because we're going to have a group drive on Saturday starting about 10 a.m. I'll get in touch with you and let you know more.

From my previous post, for those of you who don't know, "straight drive" is Southern for manual transmission. That's all I heard growing up around my house before hearing the term "stick" which is now what I say.
