wonder when taylor is gonna finish his roll of film so he can develop his pics from the meet and post them up. itll prob be in time for the next meet.

funny thing is, it depends on the weather. If we get some nice weather coming up and i remember to bring my camera with me more often, it might be sooner than you think. I'm definitely bringing it with me on Easter (with the flash, which i fixed at the lakefront before the meet [WD-40 but i'll eventually switch to Boeing T9 since it doesn't stink over time like WD])

I fished the roll yesterday but when i removed it from the camera i was unpleasantly shocked to discover that i'd loaded it with PROFESSIONAL BLACK AND WHITE FILM! For those who do not know, this is a $$ problem because i can't just drop it off at walgreens like the B&W that i normally use. No. I have to have this sent off to a photo lab that processes this type of film and its REALLY expensive! I don't even know why i still have this stuff! Anyway, let me pay my ticket and then my phone bill and i'll get back to you on the photos.

okay, turns out it was NOT the kind of film i thought it was. All of the pictures were good. The problem is, i double-exposed two frames so four of the shots i took are useless. Here's the stuff that i got.
Here's the finished version of one after i've filtered, tweaked, colored and cropped it. This is only 1000 px wide but i've got a high-res one that can be used for a background. I've also got one for regular screens.

P.S. Don't ask me where the red and blue came from. It was a spur-of-the-moment idea.

i try. But consider this. As cool as this is, the fact that the base pic was taken with a 50-year-old 35mm makes it that much cooler.

dude, i can give you a copy that matches your resolution if you want. That one's only 1000 wide.

Well, I see "the real LA" had about 18 cars show...the (fake?) L.A. had about 30 8th gens show up to our meet...its all good though
