You know how you bitch about cross drilled rotors being useless...

Go read about synthetic oil and learn about worthless 3,000 mile oil changes.

This morning when I got back from Jeremy's I noticed three spots of oil in my driveway around the side where the oil filter is. From the pattern, I knew that the leak was coming from the filter, because of the way the stain is and the way that our filters leak oil all over the place when we change them. I was due for an oil change anyway and I made a trip down to the hobby shop and changed it out...

The leak came from the filter, but I was confused as to why. After 5,000 miles of driving it decides to leak? Maybe it was the cold weather like Jeremy said, I don't know.
No problems now. The filter was K&N and I guess I must not have torqued it down far enough.
Yeah no problem. You have feedback, please do the same. Lemmie know how you like it once you get it on.

I change mine when it gets on 50%. It's usually around 3-4k miles. I'm about to do mine soon. I'm puttin in royal purple this time.

Jarred, I still haven't ordered my x intake b/c he doesn't have time to write me back whether or not he could have it to me sometime soon or not. I want him to send it to me before I leave that way phil could buy mine. I'm gettin to where Idk if I even want to buy it now. I already have a crappy header to put on now, might as well keep the crappy intake too.

I don't know if I'll be able to make it to that meet. I'm gonna be honest, if they let me work, I'm gonna do it. I need the money too bad. I'm about to be unemployed temporarily so.....Where's danny going?

Feedback returned...

It certainly looks like a crappily welded header, but as long as it works and doest spontaeneously catch on fire on me I'll be happy.

jeremy...not cool. i don't understand what's so special about x's intake. especially for $300. i mean if it makes power that's cool, it just seems a little minimalistic for the price.

After I'm done with the dcrh, I'm gonna bump it up to the ssr. Meaning, when I have a problem with the dcrh. That'll be a while though.

For 12 whp people have paid more than $300. It's actually a steal for the amount of power it claims to get.

I think Stephanie wants to give it to me for Christmas, so Jeremy we're out of luck as far as you being here for it.

I also got my PS3 for Christmas, too.

I'll be here from January 2nd to the 17th or so. I'm getting the same thing for Christmas, and so is my wife. We're also getting the x intake for both of our cars.

if you are on the list, when they bring it out will it be a mass production or will you still have to wait your turn?
