Whenever man, I know I got to install my Stechs this month, just waiting on the money for an alignment, got a buddy of mine helping out, sadly not an si owner. Hes a former Honda/Acura Tech though and used to rock a sick boosted miata.

I've seen more than 5 si's in the past 3 days. We need to set up a meet or something. I know alot of them are coming from the air base, so we could have a meet up there in the parking lot or whatever and take it from there.

I think I saw yours the other day like fri waiting in line to get off of 67 at like exit 19 and you got tired of waiting? I was in my gpas 4dr lx at the time if that was even you. You have like an apexi ws exhaust?

yeah that was me. i was waiting in that long ass line and then i realized that i was at the wrong exit and had a chance to go. what did you think of the exhaust sound. do you live on base.

Honestly, it sounded ok. I have the s2 megapower though, so I like loud. If you would've waited like 60 seconds, you would've been able to run a modded s2k. I live in cabot. I just got outta the navy and now my wife joined the air force. She's in biloxi going through school for finance. We're getting stationed at Randolf, but I'm not going there till like Jan.

i forget which exhaust i had on there. i think it was the tanabe. i had a custom mandrel bent exhaust on it right before that but it was way to ricey when i got the dcrh. so i now have the taabe and its much more quieter. y would i have wanted to wait for the s2k. i dont want my ass whooped.

We had a 00 s2k back about a year ago. It wouldn't have been that much difference. You could've kept up. How was the install of the dcrh? I'm debating on getting a bcrh. I actually have my paypal opened and just trying to decide. I heard also that people lose hp with the tanabe, is that true? BTW, I work nights, so for all of us to get together, it's gonna have to be around a weekend when I'm not working for me to show up. I work all the time.

the install was good except i put the gasket on backwards. it was a pain in the ass. when i changed exhausts i noticed no difference. i dont think you loose hp with it. i will do some research with it. its a lil bit bigger than the dcrh so i dont think so. i noticed nothing. where did you hear about losing power.

I've just heard people claim that on different forums for the fg in random conversations about it. Idk if it's true or not. I don't see how it would be. It wouldn't work out too good for tanabe.
