Stop being a ***. I'm talking about my other question. If you could stop looking at porn for a minute, you could see my other question.

I don't get what you mean. If it's so loud, why can't you hear the whining? ???

That's what I meant. I was wondering if it would still be heard through the extra piping. I was just wondering. It's not that loud with what I have. I think it has something to do with the rubber piping of the x intake. I got my resonator in now, so my car's not so loud, but I would like more s/c sound.

i would like some more sound but i was heard about half a mile away the other day. i guess the cai acts like a trumpet and sends the sound to eveyone else but me.

That's nice to know. When I drove JRMFG2's car it was so much louder. The metal sri seems to make it really loud. Then, I got mine and it was nothing. I only hear it alot when I have my windows up. You can hear it a little in vids, but not that much.

i scared some people the other day when they were walking on the side of the road. Everyone i have talked with says its crazy loud. one of the guys i raced who has a stage 2 cobalt ss said that its about as loud as his. i would love to make it so it does not whine at all. Ultimate sleeper.

he does not have to take his foot off the gas to shift. when he pushs in the clutch the car will keep the rpms very high but not bouncing of the rev limiter. all he has to do is push the clutch in and shift. its a lot quicker. he claims heatsoak on the last race tho. its bs.

That would mean you would probably lose to the new tcss.

2 step is the launch control.
No-lift-shift is what you're describing.

Jarred. Were there any fitment issues with the cai after you added the s/c? I know that it makes everything sit differen't after the throttle body due to it being at a different angle from the stock setup.

no. i even have the tbs and gaskets and there are no major fitment issues. The only thing i see is that there is a very small kink in the flex hose. its very small and the way we manipulated the hose its not really noticable. Are you thinking about going back to the cai?

Texas All-State Meet Date Set...

I know i have talked to a few guys about the texas meet. I think november would work best for us that wanna go. I dont think that it would cost that much to go. Gas and food and we can split a room. It would give us enough time to save up money. i voted for november 8th.
