I hope they don't screw you even though it was your splash shield missing w/ your cai that probably caused it.

i got off the phone with bryan a few minutes ago and they are going to charge him 470 bucks to tear the motor apart. they said that there was water in the motor. 470 is not to fix it rather just find out what is broken.

That's good. Is he gonna keep the intake?

My exhaust is waaaaayyyy loud now. I can't believe I argued with jrotax about the exhaust being as loud as my old skunk2 setup was.

I installed my Skunk2 70MM today... It is loud!

I am driving 300 miles to Baton Rouge tomorrow; I think I will put the silencer in... Are there any negative effects (besides some power loss) for using the silencer for extended periods of time?

Well, I plan to S/C one day, and wanted 70MM of exhaust. There are allot of people that have this exhaust, so there were a lot of reviews of it. It’s pretty much straight through flow, no baffles. And its pretty nice quality, with a much smaller price tag than most other catbacks.

With the silencer, it sounds just a little more aggressive than stock... And I was more interested in opening up the system with the S/C. And honestly, its not that loud... Try riding in something for 5 years that has a 4.3L V6 and glasspacks...
