and rebuild it all. The head in going k20.

My biggest thing is whether to go boosted or not.

You can get a used S2000 for less than $20K with low miles (under 25K)

I have one at work that I could get for 8k out the door. AP1 and then dump the 6k on a s/c and 3k on a hardtop. That would be sweet. Then, reinforce the rear end.

How many miles does it have? Does it have a clean title? Has it been in a wreck?

That's our price. It belongs to a LT in the AF. 100k miles, clean title. 10k bucks for other people; we get it for 8k. Pay a couple grand more and it comes with the volks that are on it.

Thats not to bad, but its kinda high milage... A good excuse to do an engine rebuild though!

Exactly. The money saved on the purchase would cover a low compression build and then boost, oil filter relocation, rearend beefup, and clutch.

Did you go back and dyno? If not, you should and see what the diff is. What if you make even less now?

Yeah, b/c that proves alot. With you and bryan's driving taken into consideration, it's not very accurate. Not to mention when seth would hang with you all the time w/ just a sri. How bout you just dyno.

bryan and i do a third gear pull at like 45 and who ever is ahead wins. that way we dont take into consideration his poor driving. In the top end all of the si's are the same. 80 pulls with mike or paul is the same way. 1-3 is where the modded ones do good.
