That's a lie. They're making more than that. Was there an extra person in their car?

With those cams, he should have other internal upgrades. That with the being stripped and you being way overweighted means that his car's not as impressive to me anymore. If the weight was equal, yes. I think he would have still had you by a tad if weights were closer.

That car was insanely fast for cams and KPRO.

Yes the interior was stripped and there was only a drivers seat but it shouldnt have made that big of a difference.

that looks about right. do you know what type of cams he has?

he was crapping you with 202 or what ever horsepower,

rsx s with some cams and tune is like 220 at least, i have seen plenty of dyno sheets on k20a.org and the best part is that they all want our intake manifold!

who cares about the local shop, but forced induction cams? that is weird?!?

usually you want n/a stage 2 with bolt ons and high lift and long duration

fi: 296°/300° duration .520"/.497" lift
na stage 2 304°/300° duration .525"/.472"

with these cams the intake duration is shorter with a higher lift duration of the exhaust. i would like to see the dyno comparison of these on the same car.

do you know the specs on those cams?

Wow jarred he did walk away from you.
well, jarred all i have to say about that is he "claims" 200 at the wheels, maybe with the weight difference, but doubtful, im saying 225 at least with similar setups ive seen.
It can happen though, my civic gutted and a 07 gt raced, i won he lost.
(because i can drive)

100lbs = 1 sec off your time
the same applies to other things.

do you know if he preset or shifted into it?
and btw people i have been in the car with a guy that brake boost a fwd civic that was all motor.(Scary as hell) that is a possibility.

but what im really thinking is you mentioned 10k rev limit, can he go up to that?
if so then go figure, thats why he beat you, more heaven in I-VTEC
