2006 Si owners wee need to get a meet going on somewhere in between Jacksonville and Orlando once a month. Let me know if anyones interested. We can plan stuff like track days, dyno days, ect.

In Gainesville there's a 1/4 Mile track called Gator Nationals and I know that there are meets of sport compact cars up there. I saw one NBP just before I came down to Broward for the summer (my family lives here). So count me in cuz I'd love to meet up with Si's once I get up there =)

OMG how did I miss this thread? I'm in St Augustine and have been looking for the same thing. We need to represent and get together for some good times! We got a track in Gainesville, and the one in Orlando (which sucks) and even worse is the 1/8th mile track in Jax. Daytona is a good midpoint but I'm not sure on things to go. Gainesville also has auto-x. :) I think they still do Wed and Fri night racing for like $10. Not sure on the auto-x though. I only went there once with the SCCA back when I had my del sol. But for now we should just MEET. Lil' show 'n shine, catch some grub, say what's up and at least see who's out here.

I'm up for some Wed night racing in G'ville if anyone wants to go. :) I want to see what this car can do

This week's schedule has Test & Tune on Wednesday night with the gates opening at 6:30. Racing will be from 7:00-11:00pm.

Road Course - Open Test & Tune!
Saturday, October7th, November 11th and December 9th 2006

The driving and vehicle dynamics test track is a road course facility designed and built specifically with a mix of different types of curves, corners, intersections, and straight-aways.

This first Test & Tune event will have two sessions: Session A is from 8am to 12 noon and the cost is $30.00. Session B is from 1pm to 5pm and the cost is $30.00. All day costs $50.00. Crew and Spectators are $5.00 each.

The morning and afternoon course will differ and offer challenges to both inexperienced and veteran drivers.

* All Drivers Must Have a Helmet and Pass a Basic Tech Inspection.
* Racecars must meet SCCA standards.
* Course times are not provided. Please bring a friend and a stopwatch if you want your own times.

Call the track office for more information at 352-377-0046. Directions can be found on the Track Information page under Maps.
