ok guys, ive been taking in date and new ideas and what not...trying to guage a month... so far i havent seen a problem with august.. so i guess we should make it then... now its August what?

I am assuming that we are doing a 1 day g2g? or would a weekend type thing be better?... i know some people dont mind sleeping in their cars lol..

i think there should be a designated person from different sections of florida to plan their drive down, food, and everything else...

for example, us south floridians need to be on the road early in the morning, like at sunrise...

i d say sometime in July..only b/c i can't do any June meet b/c of my ankle injury. But hey what ever works for the majority.

in down in august... it's better b/c who ever be planning this will have enough time to plan it... and some of us will have time to request off from work and plan ahead.... all we need is a concrete date??? weekend will be fine for me...

I think doing this on a Saturday would be better, even though traditionally car meets are held on Sundays, your talking about a State meet here, so most of us are driving Hundreds of miles to get there. Orlando is a good location. I think once a date is figured out then just hammer that in stone, and get the ball rolling. I think the 18th is good. Some of us will be returning to school shortly after this date and it falls in the middle of the month, so i think that would be better. anyone?
