So how do u figure a stock si handles better than a lowered one with better tires and a rear tie bar?

lowered is not always a good thing. You can be lowered to much and all it is for is looks. Look through the suspension threads you will see a lot of guys talking about that.

o i know lowered isnt everything. and i know coilovers is the way to go, but, handling worse than a stock si? i beg to differ.
