my damage is front bumper is chipped and dented in along with scuffs and other places. . .as far as my back bumper its dented in from where his screws of his front tag hit my bummer and its pushed in and scuffed up real bad

however marks bumper is almost done its pushed in and has really REAL deep holes in it he got the wrost of it in the back but i got it from both ends

so october 4th is test and tune at rockingham (1/4m FTMFW). entry fee is $20 car and driver. gate opens at 6p, runs start at 7p - 11p. whos up for it?

(he had his windows down and so did i). so i look over behind him and what do i see? the pos nissan rear ended him. so i realise this and i start hauling ass, make a right into the mall, whip the baddest u turn u ever seen. went to the red light, ran that, made a left. then did a u turn right in the middle of the highway to pull behind the nissan. at this time justin is out of his car at the nissan drivers door. he sees justin on the phone and me haul ass behind him and he takes off. so i chased his a$$. went 2 lights until he ran into a red light. he stopped so i pulled right in front of him at a 90 degree angle. we were the first ones in line so we were right there in the intersection. justin pulls right behind him and the lincoln driver pulls on his right side. we all get out. were all on the phones with the police. the drunk or high nissan driver starts to try to get away. so i jump in his window and turned his car off. i was trying to get the keys but i couldnt pull them out. i guess it was one where u got to push the button. anyways, im halway in his window doing this, and hes so out of it hes asking me whats going on and looking around like hes lost. by this time i feel a big thud and i get knocked off balance a lil. i look around and this black guy (passenger) just ran at me and sucker punched me like a mutha. it didnt phase me. he was all pounding his chest come on, u want some? just starting sh*t. and i started to go to him, i was gonna kick his a$$. when i didnt see justin. he was there with brass knuckles but it happened so fast i just dint see him there. so i thought better of it and started to get in my car when the nissan driver backs into justins car, then pulls foreward into my car then backs up and squeezes out. keep in mind this is at at red light on a major 8 lane highway. all the lights were red so everyone saw, but noone helped. anyways he makes a left in this intersection, so me and justin get in our cars and chase him. he gets on highway 40. so we go with him, doing 120 the whole way. i was on his a$$ (you cant run from me or my vtec). im still on the phone during all this, they keep transferring me to different departments because noone knew what to do, so finally they transfer me to the highway patrol. they didnt have a trooper within 10 miles. so me and justin are rolling behind him doing 100+ and not 1 cop or trooper came. we followed him for what 10 miles, he got off the exit, i was on his a$$ doing 90+ getting off this ramp, pushing it to the limit. he makes a right at the light, then another left down this dark trashy residential road so we stopped fearing hes been on the phone the whole time setting up an ambush or some stuff. so we go back to hickory. wait for a cop to finally meet us 10 minutes after we get back to hickory, 30 minutes total time. we file a police report. and thats pretty much it. the cop pulls the tag and its registered in hickory. justin saw part of the address, so we looked it up on my gps and went looking for the car but found nothing. so now im here. needless to say i put a 1 1/2in wrench in my car for nect time. lesson learned. so now justins got minor rear and front damage and i got medium rear damage, nothing a hfp lip wont fix. but anyways..... i did what i did to help him out. F my car it can be fixed... so that was our night.

can i do something about the lack of police response? and lack of knowing what to do?

sorry about the long quote above this but, i had a similar incident on wednesday
this idiot driving a 350z behind me on guilford college took off behind me at a stoplight, and the van in front of me slammed on brakes, and i stopped.
too bad the 350z forgot about braking and tried to turn out from it, hitting my left rear with his front right.
anyway i put on my turnsignal to go into a parking lot that was right beside where i got hit when, all of the sudden, the Z comes flying around me...
needless to say, i took off after him
we got past where guilford college splits, probably 5 or 6 miles after it, while he had to be doing 90-100 in a 35 lol
anyway he pulls off into a townhome complex and i followed him in.
heres where it gets weird
he parks, jumps out of his car, and runs toward mine
im freaking out, because ive just realized that this guy is a thug
me being a little 16 year old white boy, im truly shittin bricks
anyway then he just says, as hes at my window...
"are you guys ok? how bad is it?"
i was like "uh idk yet, i havent gotten out to check..."
and he said "oh ok. btw i was just trying to find a place to pull off"
mhmm sure (that part wasnt said, i thought it)
anyway my story wasnt as kick ass but i guess it just goes to show that nissan drivers suck at stopping lol
also we called the cops, and since i left too, it wasnt a hit and run and they said they couldnt do anything... gotta love greensboro's finest.
oh and sorry my story didnt have the awesome fights and stunt driving lol
