Oh no no no no no son!!! You can take it anywhere you want. They can't legally make you go anywhere. They have a system where they recommend body shops, but they can't make you go anywhere. It's your car, you're paying for the insurance...so you get to pick where you go. Don't let them bully you, come to me I'm not sure if we can do it right now though, haha, we're slammed. But don't ever let an insurance company tell you where to go.


*Edit* Please never go to Toyota West for body work. If we can't get to you, I recommend Statesville Collision Center out near Davis Hospital. I know the owner, my dad taught him everything about body work and they used to work together. It's a great body shop and you wouldn't be disappointed with them. Plus they're slow right now and could get you in and out quick. If you see Scott (the owner) tell him Chris Josey sent you.

no they do tell me where to cause im not even paying a deductable. they said the only way they will honor that is i go there.... or statesville collision center.

Then go to Statesville Collision Center. For the love of God don't go to Toyota West. I've seen so many horror stories come from there. If you only knew how many times my Dad and I have fixed their mistakes.
