spray paint. i used high temp engine paint by duplicolor. then i coated the f out of em with wheel clearcoat by duplicolor. the best is caliper spray paint by duplicolor, the only reason i didnt use that is because they didnt have any. you gonna paint her wheels? wat color?

She is wanting to do them all black. You get that stuff at autozone or someplace like that. Did you guys leave the wheel on or take them off to paint them?

honestly, its probably cheaper to have them powdercoated. i got a place that will do em for $50 a wheel. i used a shit load of paint for mine and they didnt turn out that great. i used 2 cans of self etching primer for each wheel (8 in all), 2 cans of black primer per wheel (8 in all), 2 cans of white per wheel (8 in all), then 2 cans of clear per wheel (8 in all). plus the center caps. it got really expensive. plus you have to buy sandpaper to scuff em up or bead blast em like i did. its hard to get in those grooves when you paint. i sprayed the wheels with the tires off because they were on my black wheels. but if your going to do it, it it with the tires off so you can get the lip real good. the only downfall to powdercoating is you cant powdercoat 2 colors (black wheel w/red lip). i hope that answers your question. and yes, you can get all th supplies at auto zone, or advance.
