1/4 Mile Test & Tune. Gates 6pm -1am. $20 to run your car, $13 to watch. Children 11 and under are FREE.

I'll be at moroso tomorrow!! Ive been to moroso alot of times but never ran the strip!! this will be my 1st time..any advice?

do not launch off the limiter!! ..try slipping it out between 3600-4000 rpms. With time if you launch off the limiter u will hear lots of popping sounds from your mounts (I know) but ive tightened some bolts and learned my lesson. my best was 14.7 @ 94mph..i know i could do better. Just with the basic bolt-ons and 2.3 60"

14.9 stock here.. moroso is a shitty track so your not gunna run what everyone else does.. like gil said, slip it at like 3500-4000 rpm... seeing as how its your first time, your probably gunna dump the clutch... you find over the corse of a couple runs what to do and such.. i have had 20 runs at moroso... i wonder what you woulda ran with that cold front that we just had.. probably mid 14s stock with a good driver on a shitty track... good luck

..Two more months and i hear the the track will be closed from June-Sep. Supposively getting millions of $$ in renovations. I hear that it will look something like the motorsports park in Las Vegas when its done.

I decided to go to moroso friday and not today,,because I have to go for my BurgleryAlarm-FireAlarm..aka BASA-FASA certification test tomorrow.. maybe we can meet up whoever goes!!!

hey gil what happened to the "forget drag racing, auto-x is where its at" attitude lol... never figured to see you going to moroso again..

and yea they are going to be closing it down for a couple months.. they are going to make it longer so its an official NHRA race track... its gunna be so nice! and the track is actually gunna be properly prepped lol

lol...I still think autocross is wayy better..but ehhh Friday night drags..last day running with an open exhaust, before i quiet the whole thing and go with the HFP sport muffler and stock piping agian..gotta have fun bro. when it comes down to it..im a driver..i love driving, and racing..LEGAL racing of course. Plus im gonna be rock'n my $100 Honda F1 racing shirt i just ordered from London..hahaha

plus after the races me and my cousin are going to Hooters off of palm beach lake blvd. to throw back some cold ones and flirt with the ladies
