PICS!!! Lunch meet in Gulfport, MS..not to bad for a days notice.

Well, the original plan was for me and K757 to meet on Saturday April 14, 2007 to go to a classic car show, but due to the forcast, we decided that it would be better not to. So then we decided we would meet up the next day (Sunday). Turned out to be a nice sunny day. It was a little windy but that was ok. But with only a days notice, we did have a decent turnout. Kay (Fiji), Hondagoalie (TW), K757 (ABS), trogers8 (RR), and myself (GG). Kay was supposed to be the host of the meet, seeing that he lived in the area. But the night before, he was in New Orleans and when he woke up this morning (Sunday), he couldn't find his car

. Fortunately the car was not stolen, but instead towed, due to him parking infront of a firehydrant...neadless to say, he was a little late and we were stuck driving around looking for something to do. Eventually we managed to find the Island View Casino, the place we were planning on eating at, and grabbed ourselves some grub. After that we met up with trogers8 and snapped a few shots...and here they are.

I panorama'd this one by hand. not bad overall, though not much I could do about the cars on the road, so some are ghostly...

Yes, the pole really is F'd up. Thank the hurricanes for that.
