*UPDATE*
I'm waiting to hear back from the regional manager of Hooters, but the manager of the store itself said it shouldn't be a problem at all if we had a meet there.

March 24
3-4 pm

There used to be meets behind Hooters on Bryant Irvin Rd. every thursday night and we were thinking we could just have it there in the huge parking lot behind the building. If need be we could reserve a section inside for.. *ahem*.. entertainment.

We would also like this to be a general meet instead of just an fg/fa meet. We figured it would be nice to have all around enthusiasts there to talk and learn about each others cars. Maybe some rsx's, evo's, sti's. etc. etc.

Lots of picture taking, lots of hanging out.

I would be down for a meet at Hooters. I think i saw ya'll have a meet over there before, but i had my truck then. I know a couple of people around the Aledo/ Weatherford area that might come out. Were only like 15 from there, maybe 5 with the radar

As for Hooters... I would probably hang out before the food stuff... their food is lame... and the scenery can be had else where...

Well, the way we were doing the other meets was people that wanted to go to hooters walked around to the front of building and had themselves a good time (me included :) ), and others stayed back and talked and took pics. We'll call up there and see how many people can be seated within a section and if that many people agree that they would like to go in and sit, then we'll do it.

So far it seems like this will be a mostly fg/fa & ep3 meet. I thought about posting this over at civicforums.com but.... nah

Glad to hear that so many people are in.. Now, should we have this on the weekend of the 18th, or the weekend of the 25th? I'll probably swing by Hooters and talk to the manager tomorrow when I get out of class and see what she says.

Okay, so I was thinking saturday the 24th would be best.. the only problem there is march madness. I have no idea what games are one that day and I know that at least a couple of people don't want to miss any good games. If anyone can find out the schedule for the 24th and post it here so we can all vote or something that would be great.

[edit] also, sorry for the delay on getting back on this thread.. I've been having to deal with finals

Hellllllllll yea. I just hope Josh Howards recovery comes along better than his last sprained ankle. We need him... he's definately a vital part of the team, and I'm not just saying that cuz he's my favorite player on the mavs. lol.
