I think you started with a low res underexposed picture and did some quick photoshop effects. Just what I think

Just so yall know I didnt draw the first pic.. and yes i did photoshop them.. But I just got the program and accidentally did these and liked them.. I figured yall would to..

Actually no. I took the photos and the originals are night shots using a tripod and I set the Whitebalance to get crisp (non-yellow lights) images. HondaGoalie's first image was the original.

photoshop... oh yeah, they just scream alteration. Nothing wrong with that though.
