ok so I just wanted to see who all would be open to the idea of a REGION meet.. The details havent been set but I want to get together a HUGE meet somewhere where everyone in the south can get together.. Would anyone be interested in this?? Give me you opinions on locations and everything.. Thanks

Sweet.. So ASSUMING everyone in this region is down for this.. To make things fair lets have this meet somewhere in the middle of everyone.. My suggestion is Birmingham, AL.. Does anyone have any suggestions for a place?

We had 16 members but the fascinating thing is we were representing 12 states: NC, SC, GA, TN, LA, OK, OH, PA, NY, MD, DE, KY.

It will be bigger next year. I expect us to at least twice as many. Most people from last year have already said they will make the trip again if possible.

Cool! I look forward to seeing you there then! I plan on making the official announcement for the Dragon meet at the beginning of March.

Here's an aerial shot of the Dragon. You can see why people go there. The local officials there are usually fairly lenient as long as you're not getting too crazy.

Great! We have one person planning on coming all the way from Wisconsin next year and one person from Canada who expressed interest. It could be a really big deal next year.
