Just starting a new thread for 08-09 lets talk hockey.
By the way lets start with last nights game vs Wings.

LOL i was about to start a similar thread to this one but decided to search instead and stumbled upon this!

Last nights game was good. Thank god price showed up to that game he proved once more that he should and will be the number 1 goalie. It will be hard for anyone to take his spot!

I liked what I saw from Pacioretty he's a young guy that has a lot of potential. If it was up to me, I'd keep him on the team and get rid of Kostopoulos. No offense to Kostopoulos, he plays his heart out and stands up for his teammates, but he doesn't have the skill that some of the young guys have. Now that we've acquired Laraque we need Kostopoulos even less...

We didn't want a piece of your captain, he wanted out of that place, and he wanted to join the Oh-so-successful franchise that are the Canadiens! We turned him down tho, got fed up of his waiting game! We're still great without him this year!!

Me personally, no, but i have a few friends who are season ticket holders and they do sell some of their tickets. I'm also quite familiar with the local ticket resale market so I might be able to help you out! Tickets for the entire season were sold out within 24 hours of release!! If ever you want tickets let me know I'll help you out!

and Im pretty sure the subject was habs talk not habs hate .And lets not even talk about Sundin we may have wanted him but he does not even want you .... go figure

He prefers to try his luck at pro poker than play 4 the leafs . I dont know but if I was a leafs fan this would piss me off and would be quite insulted .Im pretty sure i would not mention it in a HABS TALK ROOM .

CANT WAIT TILL TONIGHT.

I do not know what to say same shot twice, come on Price WTH!!!
The last shot by Koivu really ?
Pre season was far better with the rookies .

Hoping to see some make up hockey tonight ....

Agreed about the same shot twice on price... He did keep us in the game with his good saves throughout the game! I'm satisfied with the teams performance, they just have to be able to put the puck in the net when the opportunity shows up!

I think tonight's game should be better... Can't wait to have Laraque in the lineup too...
