For those who've leased.. is this a good deal?

Hi all,
I just started a lease yesterday... and was wondering if I got a good deal or not.
For a Civic 2008 LX, Automatic transmission, 1000$ Cash Down, 2800$ Trade in (2000 Accord SE)..
Monthly payments are: 297$/month (tax included).

Is this a good deal? THANKS!
