Slightly tough Rim chop please

I have CS3 extended, but I can't seem to chop this rim on my 2007 NBP FG2.
Thanks in advance guys!

I gave it a shot with the pics you provided
For anyone else trying, i used edit > transform > perspective to get the rim as close to straight as possible, then i deleted the right hand side (was way to warped) duplicated left side, rotated to make a complete wheel. Then adjusted the middle so the lugs looked ok

I know i suck but i tried >.<
