Just Snap'd/Shop'd A Recent Pic

My noob picture skills.

Used my v3 Razr camera with settings at exposure 0, high-resolution, and lighting condition : sunny.

For the shop... Photoshop Elements 4.

Took quite awhile, but I tried... How does it look you guys?

Better slow down. You're about to hit that building!

Did you do anything other than use the blur tool? Don't worry...that's the extent of my chop skillz.

Ummm. I did an manual color correction, sharpened the pic and balanced the lights. I had nowhere to go to take the picture. So I just went outside and snapped.

I also tried to blur the wheels, but I couldn't find the exact placement of the wheel. I would always mess up if I tried to blur them.

It's okay. The picture is going at 88 mph. He'll probably run into old man Peabody's farm, though.

Okay, I'll stop with the Back to the Future references. They keep showing that infernal movie on TV!

Did you notice the new decal on the back of the car? 1.8 GIGAWATTS. Great Scott!

Nice car and photo by the way. Especially considering it was a phone camera. I learned to take some pretty nice zoomed/blurred/motion shots with my SLR years ago by keeping background clutter to a minimum and panning the camera across the subject. Harder with a digital but still possible. Try a lonely stretch of road with only trees or landscape in the background and pan from front to back. Again, nice work however

Thanks to everyone. I've just bought a new camera. Exilim ex-s600. I was planning to get the d50, but my girlfriend kept bickering about the shape.. LOL, that girl. Anyhow. I'm going to get it next month. I'll probably have a friend of mine drive it down this lonely straight while I "chase" the car. That's the other alternative way of doing it. Naturally I guess.

So what do you think about the Nikon D50? My friend Nemisis recommended it to me. Says it is a great one to start learning with.
