How To Post Images - Page 8

OK. The way I did this was to do the first pic, then go back and edit in the second one. Is this the way I have to do it? Isn't there an easier way?

use the "direct" tag line from imageshack if you're wanting it to be large. Click on the

icon on 8thcivic to paste in the URL. That'll show the images full size

I used the Direct tag and it showed two lines. I copied both lines, then went to 8th Gen and hit the Insert icon. A box requesting the URLs showed up. I was not allowed to paste the URLs in the box. What am I doing wrong?

Seems the only way I'm able to get full sized multiple images is to upload, cut, then paste each photo separately. I'm trying to upload multiple images, copy, then paste all in one operation, but I just can't seem to figure it out.

you need to only do 1 image at a time. It won't let you past multiple images in 1 img tag.

upload 1 image for imageshack - use the top "Direct link to image"
then paste the 1 at a time in. That's why it didn't let you

OK. So when I click on Get Direct URLs, I get 2 lines. When I try highlight 1 line, both lines highlight. Are you saying that I can only upload one photo at a time, cut, paste, then go on to the next photo?

I think I see a way now. I can upload mulitple images, get the direct urls, then copy all of them. I then go to the post, click on insert image, then paste in the box and click ok. Then I have to make sure that [IMG] is at the begining of each URL and that [/IMG] is at the end of each url. I little more trouble to type those in, but it allows me to upload,then copy and paste multiple images all at one time. Hope I remember how to do this! If there's a shorter way, I'm all ears.
