Photoshop my car PLEASE

well, i suck at photshop and all i want to do is have someone make the rims on my si white i want to see if the stock rims look good in white cuz if they do i am gonna have them painted well, could someone please does this for me the pic i would like you to useis here http://putfile.com/pic.php?pic=4/10616292370.jpg&s=x402 well, thank you for anyone that does this

I think you should have them done black, then put a black tint around.
