Yeap, that's the best way to learn PS for making sigs. Also there's tons of tutorials out there for certain effects. I used to have about 20-30 sites bookmarked but I lost em all in a virus a few years ago =\

i used to know alot in photoshop took a few classes.

since then i havent used it in like 7 years or so only to touch up or resize files ive been reading some tuturials.

Yeah, throw some good pics up and i'll make one as well since I have the week off.

Same goes for everyone. If you want a sig, just PM me or reply here with some pics/links to pics and possibly some general guidlines of what you want (dimensions, preference of car angle/shot, etc).
