road sign photoshop help!?!?

hey i wanted to see if 1 of you guys can photoshop this pic and where it say "to" in the white circle can u put "heaven" but not like use paint and jus write it in, like make it look like it was graffittied on there tht would b awesome thnks it would b appreciated...evan
