wheel color change

could anybody photoshop this cougar (i know -___-) to have the stock wheels painted time attack style with a red lip and black interior and also another with a blue lip if possible. thanks!

You should buy a color wheel because you will need it to make certain colors as well as making neutrals. Color wheels usually come with the rainbow wheel, and then smaller ones inside that show different colors like pinks, turquoises, and bronzes. And it will tell you what colors you need to make those colors. Also, you will need to look and see what color you need to make a neutral. let's say you're painting a red apple. The shadow is not black or grey, It's a dark neutral mixture of red and green because they are opposite themselves on the color wheel. You mix the opposite of a color in order to make the neutral. I've been painting for 13 years and I always have a color wheel near me. Trust me it's worth it. Good luck!
